Most Popular Mountains in Snowdonia / Eryri by UK Internet Search Volume

Which is the most popular mountain in Snowdonia?
That’s easy – Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) is the most popular mountain in Snowdonia, because it’s the biggest, but what if you want to get the views and scenery but without the crowds?
A while ago I created a list of the highest mountains in Snowdonia including the range they are in and the English translation of their Welsh names. As I had spent ages making this big list I wondered whether the popularity of each mountain in Snowdonia just comes down to the height or if there was more to it. I also wondered how they guage how busy a mountain is – I’m not sure what the official measure is. At the end of this post is a list by search popularity of all mountains in snowdonia over 2000 feet.
