North Wales Coast Walks

North Wales is famous for the epic mountains in Eryri but there are aso plenty of stunning walks to be had along the North Wales Coast – all easily accessible from junctions off the A55 Express Way. Find my growing list of A55 walks – I’m building a collection of routes for both tourists and locals to the area, expecially those with dogs looking for circular walks and not just walks along the beach. Although North Wales does have some epic beach walks too!

Walks in the Northern Carneddau

The following walks are all found in the lower hills of the Northern Carneddau – all of them offer exceptional views of the higher mountains behind them as well as views of the North Wales Coast – ideal for a morning walk before spending the afternoon on one of North Wales beautiful beaches below.

The following 3 routes take you into the most northerly of the Clwydian range – these are all really accessible just a short drive from the A55.
